My primary background is in magazine editing with additional experience in magazine writing, web copy editing and research with a desire for more. My ultimate goal is the fulfillment when I say what can't be said or clearly communicate something of value. Areas of very strong passion and exceptional knowledge include aviation/aerospace, firearms, defense and military history. Other passions of lesser knowledge include surfing, hiking/backpacking, billiards, science fiction and survivalism. Subjects of interest and a working knowledge include physics, biology, engineering, technology, travel, natural history, world history, philosophy, golf and science fiction. Other areas of knowledge include "green" landscaping, hardscapes, facilities maintenance, landscape lighting, commercial equipment leasing and private auto financing. I'm always eager to add more!
